Notice is hereby given that Sunshine Water Services Company (“SWS”), has filled an Application for Approval of Transfer of Water and Wastewater systems of Placid Lakes Utilities, Inc. (“Placid Lakes”) in Highlands County, Florida, pursuant to Section 367.071, Florida Statutes, and Rule 25-30.037, Florida Administrative Code.

SWS is not requesting a change to rates, classifications, charges, or rules and regulations; therefore, your current rates will not be affected by this transfer. Placid Lakes provides service to water and wastewater systems to the Placid Lakes Subdivision in the following described territory in Highlands County, Florida:
