NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 16, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-003215-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST XI-A , is Plaintiff and NATHANIEL R. WITT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NATHANIEL R. WITT, PINEWOOD VILLAS HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION, INC., PINEWOOD VILLAS HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION OF WINTER PARK, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. o’clock a.m. on April 7, 2026 , on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
