NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2026 and entered in Case No. 25001080CA of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, is the Plaintiff and MICHELE M. FARMER; MICHAEL R. FARMER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL R. FARMER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA BOBBY WORTH, are Defendant, I, Roger D Eaton, Charlotte County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11 a.m. on April 10, 2026, on the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
