Notice is given that pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure Damages dated March 11, 2026 entered in Case No. 2025-CA-766 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for Residential Mortgage Aggregation Trust, is the Plaintiff, and CARPENTER COMPANIES FLORIDA LLC, et. al., is the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash to be conducted in an online sale at http://www.charlotte.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on April 22, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages:
Lot 27, Block 2465, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION THIRTY TWO, a subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 29A, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Together with all rents, issues and profits.
