NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-000690 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein IRAR TRUST CO. FBO RICHARD HAEHL IRA ACCOUNT XXX is the Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY A. CRAIG; KRISTEN M. CRAIG; IRAR TRUST CO. FBO SHANNON SEXSON IRA ACCOUNT XXXX; IRAR TRUST CO. FBO JOHN SEXSON IRA ACCOUNT XXXX; NATIONAL DIRECT INSURANCE COMPANY; and ANY UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on September 17, 2026, beginning at 11:00 AM, on the 1st Floor Customer Service Department, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 3, Block 220, MARCO BEACH UNIT SEVEN, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 55, Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Known as 1100 Fieldstone Drive, Marco Island, Florida 34145
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
