Unit Week 15 in Condominium Parcel 6, Gulf Pointe, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 959, Page 1957, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff’s attorney, Todd B.
