BOARD OF SUPERVISORS’ MEETING
HARRISON RANCH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
REVISED FISCAL YEAR 2025/2026

The Board of Supervisors of the Harrison Ranch Community Development District (“District”) will hold their regular meetings for the Revised Fiscal Year 2025/2026 (beginning October 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2026) at Harrison Ranch Clubhouse, 5755 Harrison Ranch Boulevard, Parrish, Florida 34219 at the below indicated times, for the purpose of considering any business that may come before the Board on the following dates:

April 22, 2026 6:30 PM
May 6, 2026 6:30 PM
June 3, 2026 6:30 PM
July 1, 2026 6:30 PM
August 5, 2026 6:30 PM
September 15, 2026 6:30 PM

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings and workshops may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for these meetings and workshops may be obtained by contacting the District Office, Rizzetta & Company, Inc., by mail at 3434 Colwell Avenue Suite 200, Tampa, FL 33614, or by phone at 813-533-2950, or by visiting the District’s website: https://www.harrisonranchcdd.org/.

There may be occasions when one or more Board supervisors or staff will participate by speaker telephone. A person who decides to appeal any decision made at a meeting with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
