NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 13, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 412025CA002459CAAXMA of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/B/O REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, Plaintiff, and CATHY BENJAMIN is Defendant.
ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 15th day of April, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK B, FRANK E. KIMBALL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 30 AND AS AMENDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
