DBA BSI FINANCIAL SERVICES. is Plaintiff and Linda Maples, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of April, 2026 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, towit:
Lot 774, FOXWOOD LAKE ESTATES PHASE THREE, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 82, Pages 23 and 24, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, together with an interest in the common areas.
