NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated March 10, 2026, and entered in Case Number: 2024CC009103, of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein SUNRIDGE WOODS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and MYLICIA PRECIOUS RODGERS, Individually; JAQUAN DEONDRE RODGERS, Individually; SUNRUN INSTALLATION SERVICES INC.; CAPITAL ONE, N.A.; and ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS; are the Defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o’clock A.M. on the 10th day of April, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
