Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 3/7/2026, in Case No.: 2025CC007040 of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein TAYLOR GROVES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and RODNEY DESHUN WILLIAMS, et al., is the Defendant. Stacy M. Butterfield, the Clerk of Court for Polk County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 4/10/2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 98, TAYLOR GROVES, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 202, Pages 11, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
