NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-001180 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST X-C is Plaintiff and ESTATE OF RANDOLPH W. GALLER, DECEASED, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF RANDOLPH W. GALLER, DECEASED, are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the prescribed date at www.polk.realforeclose.com on April 14, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD PURPOSES OVER THE SOUTH 25 FEET THEREOF.
AND
THE NORTH 305 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS AND EXCEPT THE WEST 1122 FEET THEREOF, BEING TRACT E-37 OF LAKE VIEW RANCHES, AND UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
