NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2026, in Case No. 2022-CC-005863, of the County Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which BRIDGEFORD CROSSING HOMEWONERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and Tara Lennette Hines, The Independent Savings Plan Company, DBA ISPC, and All Unknown Parties by and Through under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendants Who Are Not Known to Be Dea are the Defendant(s), Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on April 2, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 128, of Bridgeford Crossing, According to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 140, at Page(s) 10-11, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
