NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 5, 2026 entered in Civil Case No.: 2024-CA-003132 , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAY AREA HOMES, LLC A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff, and JIMMY SMITH, is Defendant.
NIKKI ALVAREZ- SOWLES, ESQ., Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 9th day of April, 2026 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
