NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 12, 2026, and entered in Case No. CASE NO. 2025-CA-003396-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for PASCO County, Florida, CRYSTAL OLSON (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) is the Plaintiff, and PATRICK W. DANG A/K/A PATRICK WILLIAM DANG; ASHLY S. DANG; FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; LONGLEAF A/K/A LONGLEAF NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an on-line sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on MAY 11, 2026, AT 11:00 A.M. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
