NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 9, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2024CA002344CAAXES in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff and JOSE FRANCISCO GARCIA; ASHLEY NOEL MUNDY; PARKVIEW AT LONG LAKE RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM, on April 14, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
