HORTON, INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION BY THAT DEED DATED 3/28/2017 AND RECORDED 3/31/2017 IN BOOK 24835, PAGE 292, OF THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL PUBLIC REGISTRY. ACCORDING TO THE PUBLIC RECORDS, THERE HAS BEEN NO CONVEYANCE OF THE LAND WITHIN A PERIOD OF TWENTY-FOUR MONTHS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THIS REPORT, EXCEPT AS FOLLOWS: NONE.
