a/k/a 3000 Oasis Grand Blvd., Unit 2205, Fort Myers, Florida 33916; Lee County Parcel ID No.: 18-44-25-P1-04200.2205 at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, conducted electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Florida Statutes, at 9:00 a.m. on April 9, 2026, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
