NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff’s Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on March 11, 2026, and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 4, 2026, in Case No. 25-CA-002775 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ROUNDPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff, and MARK A. ERNST and LORIE MARIE ERNST
are Defendants, the Office of Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 23rd day of April, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 56 AND 57, BLOCK 3646, CAPE CORAL UNIT 48, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 135, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Also known as 900 NW EMBERS TER, CAPE CORAL, FL 33993 (the “Property”).
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
