YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property in Lee County, Florida:
A tract or parcel of land lying in the South 1/2 of the North 2/3 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 46 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the South 1/2 of the North 2/3 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 46 South, Range 25 East; thence South 89° 07’ 20” West, 990.0 feet along the North line of said South 1/2 of the North 2/3 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 5; thence South 0° 36’ 00” East, 636.61 feet parallel to the East line of said Northwest 1/4 to the centerline of a 60 foot road easement; thence North 89° 07’ 50” East, 660.00 feet to the Point of Beginning;
Thence continue North 89° 07’ 50” East 330.00 feet to the centerline of Section 5;
thence South 0° 36’ 00” East 636.76 feet to the South line of the South 1/2 of the North 2/3 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5; thence South 89° 08’ 20” West 330.00 feet along said South line; thence North 0° 36’ 00” West 636.71 feet to the Point of Beginning.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such M. Brian Cheffer, Esquire, Cheffer & Hagan, P.A., Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 2120 McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33901 within 30 days after the first publication date, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint
