NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 2, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-004733 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Robert K. Willis a/k/a Robert Willis; Unknown Spouse of Robert K. Willis a/k/a Robert Willis; Bimini Apartments Condominium Association, Inc.; Seattle Mortgage Company; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Lee County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 30th day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 203, BUILDING A, THE BIMINI APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 242, PAGE 682, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
