NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 9, 2026, and entered in 25-008352-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Drew Roofing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Juanita Suber is the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Pinellas.RealForeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. ET, on Wednesday April 8, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
