NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Default Final Judgment entered on March 10, 2026, in the above-referenced case pending in the County Court in the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Circuit Court, whose name is Ken Burke, CPA (the “Clerk”), will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM on April 23, 2026, at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property:
Lot 1, Block 358, PALM HILL MOBILE HOME PARK (unrecorded) according to the Master Form Exclusive Right of Possession Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 6384, Page 1015, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all exhibits and amendments thereto (the “Unit “);
TOGETHER WITH that certain Membership Certificate Number 5694 issued by the Cooperative to KEVIN TOUEY, evidencing their percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom (the “Share Certificate”);
TOGETHER WITH that certain 1976 CRIT Mobile Home having Vehicle Identification Numbers 6196A and 6196B, and Title Numbers 0013862688 and 0013862689 (the “Mobile Home”).
