Stacey Fitzgerald, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Petitioner’s attorney, David Barrera, Esq., Pinellas County Attorney’s Office, 315 Court Street, 6th Floor, Clearwater, FL 33756, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court by the same date, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
