NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered March 12, 2026, and entered in Case Number: 23-009076-CI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein TRUIST BANK, as successor by merger to SUNTRUST BANK, is the Plaintiff, and KENNITH W. BLAN, KENNITH W. BLAN JR, LYNDY E. BLAN, POINT SEASIDE RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o’clock A.M. on the 10th day of June, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
