UNIT 306, BELLEAIR KEY, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 21, Pages 115, 116, 117 and 118 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4325, Page 151 as Clerk’s Instrument No. 75112801, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided 4.1206% share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you in Pinellas County Court, BELLEAIR KEY ASSOCIATION INC. v SHEILA E CARLSON, JAY CARLSON, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S), and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
