NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2026, and entered in 25-004115-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and TIFFANY BENOIT AS TRUSTEE OF THE TIFFANY BENOIT REVOCABLE TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 14, 2022; TIFFANY BENOIT; CAPRI LAGOONS UNIT IV, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 08, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 4 OF CAPRI LAGOONS UNIT IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4929, PAGE 414, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
