FOR A POINT OF REFERENCE, COMMENCE AT THE WEST 1/4 CORNER OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 30 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE SOUTH 89°25’33” EAST 30.00 FEET TO THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF FORSYTH ROAD AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTINUE THENCE SOUTH 89°25’33” EAST ALONG THE EAST-WEST CENTER OF SECTION LINE 105.00 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTH 00°36’20” WEST, PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 26, A DISTANCE OF 125.00 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTH 89°25’33” WEST 105.00 FEET TO THE AFORESAID EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF FORSYTH ROAD, RUN THENCE NORTH 00°36’20” ALONG SAID EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE 125.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
