NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment entered on March 13, 2026, in Case 2023CA000704 of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, in and for Flagler County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF CURTIS WILLS, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF CURTIS WILLS, MARY STINSON, REBECCA MCGEE, KATHY CAROL, RICHARD MCGEE and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KIMBERLY SMITH are Defendants, the Office of Tom Bexley, Flagler County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 A.M. on-line at www.flagler.realforeclose.com on the 17th day of April 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 9, PALM COAST, MAP OF FLORIDA PARK, SECTION 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF FLAGLER COUNTY, FLORIDA; AS AMENDED BY INSTRUMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 35, PAGE 528, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF FLAGLER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
