NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2026 entered in Case No. 2025CA000890 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 30th day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 203, Building 2, Phase 2, of Clubside I at Pelican Strand, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2588, Page 2852, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended, together with an undivided interest in the common elements thereto.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AMOUNTS AS UNCLAIMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 45.031.
