Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary-Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 17, 2026, in case number 53-2025CA-004263-A000-BA in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein SOUTHSTATE BANK, N.A. f/k/a SOUTH STATE BANK, N.A., as Plaintiff, and JORGE A. COVAS, JR., DEANNA R. COVAS, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY, THE ESTATES OF LAKE ST. CHARLES HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC., a not for profit Florida corporation, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th day of April, 2026, the following described real as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
Lot 186, Estates of Lake St. Charles Phase 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 126, Page 17, Public Records of Polk County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
