Notice is given that under a Final Summary Judgment dated March 17, 2026, and in Case No. 2024CC001673 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which TIERRA DEL SOL EAST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., the Plaintiff and DEIBY JOSE GARCIA COLMENARES & MARY ANDREINA FEREIRA SEMPRUN the Defendant(s), the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00am on June 15, 2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Summary Judgment:
Lot 26 of Tierra Del Sol East Phase 1, a Replat, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 178, Page(s) 21, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
