Any correspondence regarding this Probate should be mailed to Stuart Glenn, Esquire, attorney for Petitioner/Heir, whose address is 1728 Salem Drive, Orlando, Florida 32807 on or before 04/13/2026, and file the original with the Polk County Clerk of Court, P.O. Box 9000, Drawer CC4, Bartow Florida 33831-9000., before service on Defendant or immediately thereafter.
If you fail to respond, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s office. You may review these documents upon request.
