UNIT 3281-101, VILLAGE BROOKE CONDOMINIUM III, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1262, PAGES 1681 THRU 1753, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGE 27, 27A THRU 27D, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
