NOTICE OF ETHICS TRAINING WORKSHOP
COPPERSPRING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of the Copperspring Community Development District will hold an Ethics Training Workshop on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 12:00 PM or immediately following the adjournment of the Copperspring CDD meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn, Tampa Suncoast Parkway, located at 2155 Northpointe Parkway, Lutz, Florida 33588
The purpose of the workshop is to review ethics rules for public officials. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The workshop meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting.
A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from the District Manager, c/o Rizzetta and Company, Inc. at 3434 Colwell Avenue Suite 200, Tampa, FL 33614. There may be occasions where one or more supervisors will participate by speaker telephone.
Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting is asked to advise the District Office at least forty-eight (48) hours before the meeting by contacting the District Manager at (813) 533-2950. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 7-1-1, who can aid you in contacting the District Office.
A person who decides to appeal any decision made at the meeting with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
