NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff’s Motion to Reset Foreclosure sale entered on March 19, 2026, and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 25, 2025 , in Case No. 2024-CA-001188, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, JOANNE HUGHLEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOANNE HUGHLEY, CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, BEXLEY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MATT GAINEY and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A CORRIE GAINEY, are Defendants, the Office of Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Pasco County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 11:00 a.m. on www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on the 23rd day of April 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK Y, BEXLEY SOUTH PARCEL 4 PHASE 3A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE(S) 31 THROUGH 61, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 16334 FREHLEY RUN, LAND O LAKES, FL 34638
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
