NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Other Relief dated March 18, 2026, issued in and for Lee County, Florida, in Case No. 25-CA-003418, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF PRP 2022-NQM1 TRUST is the Plaintiff, and TAI LAM and MONGKIEU THI NGUYEN are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, KEVIN KARNES, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on April 16, 2026, at electronic sale beginning at 9:00 AM, at www.lee. realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Other Relief, to wit:
