NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 18, 2026 entered in 25-CA-004290 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein THE HARD MONEY PLACE, CORP, a Florida corporation, is the Plaintiff(s) and PRIGERSON HOLDINGS LLC, a Florida limited liability company; and WINMO GROUP LLC, a foreign limited liability company, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 23 day of April, 2026 at www.lee.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to-wit:
