NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25-CA-003975 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank is the Plaintiff and Marcelino Aguila; Richard McGee a/k/a Richard Mc Gee; Bay Pointe at Bonita Bay Condominium Association, Inc.; Bonita Bay Community Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00AM on the 25th day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT P-202, BAY POINTE AT BONITA BAY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2801, PAGE 805 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
