That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit 155, Building 14, Tradewinds, A Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Tradewinds, A Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4270, pages 1023 through 1063, and amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, page 114-116, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
