NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Other Relief dated March 13, 2026, issued in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in Case No. 15-007076-CI, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCAF ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and THUAN T. LE, LVNV FUNDING LLC, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JOHNSON VO are the Defendants.
