NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2026, and entered in 25-002857-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS DELAWARE TRUSTEE OF SMRF TRUST II-A is the Plaintiff and RON SOTOMAYOR; MADEIRA BEACH YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 14, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT D, BUILDING 320, MADEIRA BEACH YACHT CLUB, AN ADULT CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5203, PAGE 83, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE(S) 26 THROUGH 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
