NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2026, and entered in 25-004844-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-KS2 is the Plaintiff and LISA YACSO A/K/A LISA M. YACSO, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF PATRICIA YACSO, DECEASED; LISA YACSO A/K/A LISA M. YACSO; JONATHAN M. YACSO; CITY OF LARGO, FLORIDA; VENETIA COUNTRY CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
