NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 11, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 25-004212-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff and SANDRA GARNER BAPTISTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA GARNER BAPTISTE; MAGNUS BAPTISTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAGNUS BAPTISTE; THE CLUB AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on April 22, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
