Final Judgment was awarded on April 20, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25000900CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and ANTHONY MCSWAIN A/K/A ANTHONY WAYNE MCSWAIN; LAUREN MCSWAIN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Roger D. Eaton will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on June 1, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 80, 81, 82, 83, 84 AND 85, BENNETT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
