NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25001457CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and TODD POLLOCK: UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TOP TIER CONSTRUCTION USA LLC; VILLA ESTA II ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. ROGER D. EATON, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on May 14, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit
UNIT A, VILLA ESTA II, A CONDOMINIUM, AS PER THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 904, PAGE 104, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO. AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 7A THROUGH 7C, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
