NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2026, in Case No. 2025CA-004037-A000-BA, of the County Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which NORTHRIDGE RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and Orett A. Ward, Karen Williams, Unknown Tenant nka Jamal Ward and United States of America, Acting on behalf of Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendant(s), the Clerk Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on May 29, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 146, NORTHRIDGE RESERVE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 173, Page 21, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida and all amendments thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNERS AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
