NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Landlord’s Lien Against Personal Property, dated March 31, 2026, and entered in Case No.: 2025 CC 000410 of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, in which ISAAC KELBIE, D/B/A SHIPP RECK HARBOR MOBILE HOME PARK, is the Plaintiff and by and through his undersigned counsel, moves for entry of a Default by the Clerk against Defendants, STEVEN GUY TERREBUSH AND US SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, if the above Defendants are dead, their unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, assignees, grantees, creditors, or other parties claiming by, through, under, or against said Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by through, under, or against a named Defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the property herein described as JOHN DOE, are the Defendants, the Polk County Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 29th day of June, 2026, the following described property, as set forth in said Default Final Judgment of Landlord’s Lien Against Personal Property:
The mobile home situated at 108 Captain Kidd Lane, Winterhaven, FL 33880, in the Community, being a 2018 Mobile Home bearing Vehicle Identification Numbers N114342A/N114342B.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner, as of the date of the filing of Plaintiff’s complaint in this action, must file a claim with the clerk of court within sixty (60) days after the foreclosure sale.
