YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff instituted an action against you on January 14, 2026, to quiet title with respect to the lands situated at 9438 Blackthorn Loop, Land O' Lakes, Florida 34638, which property is described as:
Lot 1, Block 3, TIERRA DEL SOL PHASE 1, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 52, Pages 70 through 84, inclusive, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the complaint or petition on SeanCarlo Lopez, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 700 7th Avenue North Saint Petersburg, Florida 33701, within sixty days after the first publication of this notice in a newspaper in Pasco County, Florida, exclusive of the day of publication, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
Written defenses must be served ON OR BEFORE: June 30th, 2026
