NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 16, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2023 CA 008709 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and SUSAN L. GAYTON, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, KAREN E. RUSHING, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at SARASOTA’S County’s On-Line Public Auction website: https://sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on June 02, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in SARASOTA County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure to-wit:
LOT 250, OF GRAN PARADISO, TOWNHOMES 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 175, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
